A. Job Description
Internal Communication (Employee Satisfaction):
Support to implement campaign to enhance employee satisfaction
• Communication:
o Create content in good format (text, photography, poster, video…) to deliver company messages to employees 
o Support to manage internal communication channels 
• Event: Coordinate with team and other departments to implement internal events and activities 
External Communication (Recruitment Marketing):
• Support to manage TMA external communication channel (Website, Facebook, LinkedIn, Tiktok, Instagram…) to identify and promote the Employee Value Proposition (EVP), drive candidate attraction and engagement
• Support to manage TMA relationship with universities through events, sponsorships…
B. Requirements
• Major in public relations, journalism, communication or marketing
• Dynamic and pro-active
• Flexibility, determination, enthusiasm 
• Good communication (written and verbal in Vietnamese, English is a plus)
• Have knowledge about design tools is a plus
