Description:

• Must have a thorough understanding of HotQA products and the ecosystem
• Be active on cross teams collaboration (Growth/Marketing, Products, and Design) to formulate user's growth strategies
• Brainstorm and execute on market strategy and acquisition campaign strategy to drive user growth and increase trading volume
• Have the ability to leverage current data and insights to improve campaign strategies and user engagement
• Be ready to tackle any marketing or communication tasks
• Consistently and comprehensively communicate with team and leader(s) to ensure the shared understanding of goals, deadlines, and deliverables

Requirements:
 

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills 
• Experience with running acquisition campaigns 
• 1+ years of experience in a growth or marketing role in a tech business 
• Proficient in English is a must, another language is a plus 
• Proven experience in crypto is preferred 
• Hungry to learn something new out of your expertise but also driven to be a self-starter
